difficult to put on, took me 45 min to get the front lined up with the back to screw them on. I actually dropped one and lost it and reordered it. Thought these were going to suck to put in, but they went in very easily. Stays in place. Easy to flip up, and is real titanium. I noticed my newly pierced septum getting really irritated, couldn’t figure out why until I realized it wasn’t titanium, it was sterling silver. Popped this bad boy in and within just a few hours the swelling went down a ton and isn’t feeling so itchy anymore. Will definitely be a returning customer once my septum heals. I switched out my double regular and high nostril jewelry out for threadless flat backs and these are a lifesaver. It’s hard to go in and find the hole but after you do that you can change your jewelry with ease after that. It may be confusing until you do it one time.

The nose ring is very well made. It’s not too large so it fits one’s face well without being overly obtrusive. I’ve gotten compliments on how this one looks on my nose. It isn’t immediately eye catching but is lovely. The clicker closure clasps tightly and clicks in easily. I’ve worn it for over a week and sometimes I have to check that it’s still there - it’s light and has not caused irritation on my sensitive skin. I find this a great value compared to other body jewelry of the same quality.

I don't feel like returning for $10, as long as it's titanium it's better than the 316 jewelry I have, but I'm disappointed to say that its externally threaded. This is really bad for piercings as it'll cause abrasions inside your piercing holes. The bioflex jewelry I tried to put on but it won't screw on at all. If you're in a pinch this is alright, but personally I'm disappointed with the quality.
